Adwords ban=YouTube paid ads ban?

I was banned from Adwords about 5 years ago, for reasons I have still to understand. Probably because I was an affiliate. Well, I am no longer an affiliate. But I also understand that doesn't matter. A ban is a ban and its for life. How nice, Google.

Does this also mean I can never advertise on YouTube too?

Thanks,

Jon

As adwords advisor is no longer here..only way to get a definitive answer to your question is "try to advertise on Youtube, and see what happens"..any other advice by anyone who is not a Google employee is mere speculation..

I feel the situation. I get emails and promo things asking me to come back to Adwords. I finally tried it again, set up some ads...going through the process and then get told at the end "not allowed to advertise this site". Thanks. Seem to be blocked from advertising anywhere with Google with a hidden mark. Never told why. But all this time and still, I was premium with Adsense, a API Business Partner in another area, they feature my Android apps. But I can't spend money with Adwords!

As i understand it, one strike and you're out, permanently. No reconsideration after a given period of time.

Isn't it time that Google reconsidered the ban?
