I'm getting:
Your ad isn't being shown for this keyword because there may be other ads within your account that are ranked higher and have similar keywords.
I pared things down to two phrase matches. With just one of them, things are fine. With both I get the error:
- "red widget repair" (Low bid or quality or score)
- "red widget inspection" (Not showing-other)
Both have the default max cpc ("auto") and neither has ever triggered an impression.
I've tried the "Details->Keyword Diagnosis" and "Ad Preview and Diagnosis" tools which give the same results. In this case I'm interested in only these specific searches... "blue widget repair", for example, should not trigger.
What am I missing here?
