Your keyword isn't triggering ads to appear on Google right now due to

I get this message when I hover the messaage icon next to Approved text in my ads setting.

"Your keyword isn't triggering ads to appear on Google right now due to a low Ad Rank. Ads are ranked based on your bid and Quality Score."

My cpc was very low. I heard that making higher bids will up the ad ad score.

So when should I expect the results then, my target is very wide(County). I mean when the bid changes take effect usually ?

24 hours should see results for increasing bid. Also need to know the quality of landing pages and the keywords you are using to accurately diagnose changes.
