I did implemented conversion tracking in the google adwords and I have updated the conversion tracking code in the thank you page or the appropriate landing page of my website. I am seeing conversion using my site dashboard, but unable to track conversions using Google adwords.

The Google adwords shows tracking code not verified notification, even after putting the conversion tracking code in the appropriate page. Its been 2 months now, I am unable to see conversion data in adwords, even thought there is conversion data in site dashboard. Does anyone know what exactly the problem is?

Add the Google Tag Assistant to your Chrome browser, visit your tagged page, see what it says.

Word of warning the Google Tag Assistant can get tripped up by complicated page code, and may not be an clear indication of the status of your code.
Contact google directly for a solution.

It seems the script is not loading properly. So you can use Google Tag Assistant tool to analyse the same. Please add the Google Tag Assistant tool in your chrome browser and then open conversion page in the browser. once opened just click on the tag Icon in right corner and test.

The only way to be sure is to do a real test. Click on an ad and check the next day to see if it went through. That is the only way to be sure that it is working other than just waiting to see if a real conversion happens.

Also it is a good idea to set up conversion tracking in Adwords and in GA. Even though they both count a conversion they report it differently. Adwords counts the conversion when the first click happened regardless of when the actual conversion happened. GA counts the time of the actual conversion.
