Today I got a warning from google adwords that my site is serving malware hence they stop serving ads for my website. But when I checked it with google webmasters and bing webmasters I was not able to find any malware.

I have checked with Sophos antivirus which I have on my server,

I use only google adsense, analytics and addthis code (3rd party).

What do u suggest I do before submitting for review.

You'll need to check specifically check your AdWords landing pages and work out from there. The malware content might not actually be on your server but code could have been modified to grab that content from somewhere else. Have you checked all file modification dates (including .htaccess, etc) and checked to see what, if anything, was modified?
