Having trouble understanding my results here.

I have a $10/day budget set on my retargeting campaign. However, in the past 30 days I've only spent $4.35, with no conversions. I have a frequency cap set at 6.

Also, my original campaign was set for everyone who visited my site. This campaign is targeted for people who visit pages on my site with certain keywords in the URL. Both the original and current campaign remarketing lists are the same list size.

Are your campaign settings set for cpc or cpm?
If you are targeting a small group of pages, your impressions and clicks will be low.
You can gain more clicks if you add a coupon code or other promo to your ad.

Thank you. It is set as cpc.
Does it make sense about the size of remarketing lists? The first time I ran a campaign it was for everyone who visited any page of the site. This current campaign is for only people visiting pages with certain keywords. Could it be because the remarketing tag is still on every page?

The remarketing tag should/needs to be on every page.
Forget about what google says the size of the list is, that number is not even close to precise by any means.

Try a few different things, focus on ad sizes, messaging of the ads both text and image based and try a cpm version of the campaign.

CPM ads can often get more traction [impressions] on new campaigns because google can easily figure out their income with less history than with cpc ads.
