An important question about AdWords Keyword Planner

AdWords Keyword Planner is in action now and the previous tool is replaced

Good Day Everyone,

I need an important information about the AdWords keyword planner. How can I know if it's showing the exact match result or broad match result? By default it's set to Broad Match and we can change it to Exact by clicking on the right hand button but the results already shown are not being changed. Did you find a way to solve this issue?
