AdWords bans appealable? Does country matter?

Hello,

I've used AdWords for over a month, until I got banned last week, official reason "billing info could not be verified".

I don't know exactly why I'm banned, since they didn't want to tell me, but it's probably due to the fact that I gave them fake billing info (creditcard number was legit though).

Is there any chance to get back in? Do I make a chance when I appeal the decision?

Also, My billing country wasn't the same as my Adwords country. Could that have mattered?

Ye, well, you can try to be funny, but I gave them their money.

Besides, the address I gave them could have been my gf's address. They ban way too fast.

This might be a long shot here, but I think you got banned for providing fake billing info.
