Could you please answer the question

How can I make utilize the keyword tool for tracking better keywords for my ad word campaign?Shall I select high traffic keywords from them?Also targeting to a number of countries at a time is possible or not within ad group for an ad?

I've never really used the Google keyword tool...I find SEMRush much more useful...

This doesn't really answer your question, but it's advice...hope it helps

also...I would advise that you use the search term list in your interface to monitor your search terms that were triggered by your utilized keywords. This will help you develop that keyword list your working on as well...

Hello,
Adwords keyword tool will give you traffic & competition of keyword.if you go with high traffic keyword then it will be high CPC for you.i would like to suggest to to with alternate keyword those have less competition & less cpc.

You can target number of country same time but at campaign level not ad or ad group level.

Select [exact match] terms in the keyword tool. Create a list and break into buying, browsing & research related search terms.
Focus your adwords budget onto those search terms in the buying category. These will likely generate more than just clicks.
Country targeting is via campaign level only, best to have one campaign for each country, easier to measure results.
