AdWords Communications Extensions

I'm getting on the Beta for AdWords Communications Extensions and was wondering if anyone has used them and what were their experiences.

I wanted to use the call back request extension but it seems they're not available yet. Only those through which the user can subscribe to a newsletter/alert/offers, which doesn't seem like a good investment for me.
