Is there a way to check whether a conversion is happened in a website through Google Adwords. We take the Goals as the conversion. I am not using my conversion optimizer anymore. Does a manual tagging help to solve this issue? (analytics and adwords are not linked due to some other issues)

analytics and adwords are not linked due to some other issues-- Must not have admin in one of the accounts. Yes you can set up conversions in adwords you will need to add code to the page they are directed to after the conversion has been made.

I already use conversion optimizer and I am removing it. Is it possible to track a goal If I manually tag the ads.
