Ads showing only computers and tablets not cell phone?

Hi this is my first post and I need your help guys. I'm just a beginner in Adwords and I'm running small campaign for small business. A while ago everything was running good and just some tweaks and bidding games. We showed up all devices in the small surrounding cities. I used keywords contain our service attached to geographical terms as I mentioned everything was just good. Then a bidding war followed by a massive click fraud attacks. Our account just lost its rank. And now we can show up in computers and tablets but not cell phones. I tried a lot and it's like a curse. Any life savers ?

In order to have an ad shown on mobile devices, they have to be at certain higher position for the first page, first two or three. Also there are campaign settings where it may be that mobile devices are checked off.

Samallcompany thank you for your reply. I think you mean to chose mobile diveces in each campaign settings I already did that and I tried to chose only mobile diveces and then mobile with computers nothing changed. We used to show up in the first 2 positions in cell phones with the same settings. But we have a huge competition and we had fraud clicks attacks after that QS dropped to 1 for the most important keywords. Our ads showing only in computers . We tried to bid high and ridiculously high and we are not even in the bottom of the pages in cell phones.

I forgot to mention that our ads showing top positions in computers and if you go the same moment and check cell phones... negative. And I don't know if there is different segment in the campaign settings that can effect cell phone ads.

run them in separate campaigns so you can discern QS issues (and more).

check that your LP is optimized for mobile, try G's gomo tool to check it.

experiment with WAP ads to reach cell phones that don't have full browsers (careful, your goods / services need to convert via phone).

add click to call extensions to your mobile campaigns, it'll raise your CTR, and therefore your QS.

if you're not showing at all, get an expert to review your account - something sounds amiss here.

RhinoFish thank you for the info. But the same account with the same URL used to show up all of a sudden stopped QS went down for the important keywords for the business. I called G now like 7 times last. Time they gave me phone extension for a guy work with google and he added new campaigns with Avery expensive click costs and still most of the Important keywords no show up in cell phones at all with even a $30 per click computers the same keyword will show up top position for like $3 but not cell phones. Can u believe it even if I put $30. Something wrong I don't know what to do.

right, they're bundled together, mobile and non, so when you're looking at QS... if mobile were split out...
