toddb, assuming you were looking at the same date range in each case, it could just be a matter of server delays. The various levels of your account are not always updated at the same time, although what you describe has been very infrequent of late.
I'm glad you're contacting support, though. They can take a closer look, and pass it on to the tech team if it seems out of the ordinary.
