Aloha all,

Just a newbie here, and hope you guys could advise. I've got a problem about trademark. How can we rewrite a key word name to avoid this pending ads?

The hotels' names are so unique and specific, if we can't use them as a keyword, what else can we do?

Use geographical location as an identifier, or something clever to convey the message that you would like to without violating any TOS...

And remember, there is ALWAYS a better way to write an ad.
