I have tested different landing pages for my volunteering site with Google AD but none have been able to convert properly...conversion is only about 4% to 5%. I have started AB testing with 2 landing pages with slight changes. Please see the below link:

Original: [rustic-volunteer-travel.com...]

Variation 1: [rustic-volunteer-travel.com...]

In the start the conversion was great but within one day it decreased to very low conversion.
Please suggest me what changes can I make for better conversion.

Thank you

First, both pages are basically the same so I would not expect one to greatly outdo the other.

Second, you suffer from the same ailment of many other sites. That is, not giving the visitor any information and just expecting them to give their name and contact before you give them more information. Actually, I'm surprised you're getting at least 4% to do so.

I'm guessing from the little I see that you are looking for volunteers to go abroad. But where? Do what? I gather from the "most affordable organization" line and the site name that you are actually selling travel.

Whatever the angle is, I don't think this "give us your contact info, we'll send you the info" works very well. That's not why people use the Internet. They want and expect you to give them all the details now. So that's what I'd do.

We've all seen many such sites and many claiming it gets them results. They might do much better by telling visitors right away what they're getting. I never fill those forms out on this kind of site so the click is wasted on me.
