I've got several campaigns and depending on what we are doing, I will pause some and run others.

I've got all my campaigns paused except for one, but when you type in a keyword from one of the paused campaigns the ad still show and it has a bubble for places.

It looks to me like places is over riding what I've set as far as what's paused and whats not. And they are charging me for those clicks even though the campaign is paused and that keyword does not appear in the running campaign and I don't whan that ad runing right now.

Hey Google, stop thinking you know what I'm trying to do and quit padding your profits with my clicks.

Broad match? Check your search query report and make sure your ad isn't being prompted by a broad matched keyword.

Nope.. All keywords are exact match only.

Only shows on certain ones that show the places bubble so it's tied into the site having a strong places presence which should not matter because those ads are paused.

That's fraud in my book. The ads are not supposed to run yet they are.
