This was pointed out to me - it appears in the sponsored listings but when i click on the link it redirects to a places listing for the business.

just wondering if anyone else has seen this?

From France ..I get..when I click through ..the "ad"..or it's "preview"

And then some more text saying more or less the same thing..

From here it is not even marked "sponsored" ..nor does it have the coloured background of an ad ..but it obviously is because the serp listings ( with the results count ) starts below it ..although it is also the site mentioned in each of the top 5 of the "organics" that are below it..
