Adwords rank bouncing around in differen browsers

I had a client tell me that he noticed that Adwords ranking changes (and the ads) when using different browsers and he had this confirmed by other people. I checked it out and yes, it is happening.

Is this something new?

nope, personalization has been around for quite a while now.

Does this mean we have to login to out Google accounts and turn off personalization for every browser we use?

No, if I'm not mistaken your ads could display in different positions based on users previous searches and cookies.
