Want to see 2 different conversions in AdWords

Hi everyone,

We have just set up a 2nd conversion type in AdWords and I want to be able to see the 2 different types of conversion at a campaign and keyword level.

Now on our website people can either make a live booking or they can make an on request booking and I need to be able to see which keywords are triggering which type of bookings.

I have tried these methods...

1.)Select the campaign you wish to see the stats for > Go to the Dimensions tab > Click the View: drop down menu > Hover over Conversions and then click Conversion tracking purpose
2.)Select the correct campaign > Go to the Keywords tab > Click the Download Report button (which looks like an arrow pointing at a tray) > + Add segment then select Conversion tracking purpose > Hit Create

However they don't work - I have added the Conversions many per click and then data does appear for the two different types of conversion but I want to see Conversion 1 per click only.

Can anyone help me?!

Would really appreciate any help on this one!

Thanks,
Laura

So one post below your post:

I'm having basically the same question.

Looks like AdWords does not have a standard functionality to get this kind of must-have-data.

Bit strange. You can create dozens of different conversion tracking labels but you can't see/track them in your report on a keyword and/or ad based level.

I would track and analyze this in Google Analytics.

gottsteyn is correct, use GA, setup goals, you can track it that way.

here's an article that doesn't address your exact question, but because i assume you are trying to optimize the outcome by viewing the segmented data, is tangentially relevant, imo:

Try this -

Within the AdWords Interface select 'Conversions' menu from your 'Reporting and Tools' drop down.

On the Conversions page look for 'Search Funnels' link within the let hand side menu - this is where you want to be to see more detailed info on conversions.
