Column customization issues

Anyone having issues with customizing there AdWords stats columns on the campaigns tab?

Each time I set the column customization in a few of my client accounts, it reverts to the default column order and display.

It won't save the state of the column customization like it has in the past for these few accounts.

Try checking the box just above Save after you've customized columns and then name the set. Then check if it's still there when you come back to account. If the column set that you named is not there, it's clearly a bug and you should report it. Whatever the issue may be, it sounds annoying..

Sorry, I should have mentioned that the "Save this set of columns" has absolutely no effect on the columns.

It saves it for the moment, however when you move to a new tab, it is gone and the columns are back to the defaults.

When all else fails, clear your cache.

I have the same problem. The Save does nothing for me and yes, it is annoying and a waste of time. Alex may have the solution though which I'll try at the earliest opportunity.

yes, this is happening to me, and it's been creeping / spreading.

one account, forgets it all when i switch away via MCC, then go right back.

Please let Google know. I reported it to them but the more that do, they will do something. Hopefully?

How cool, it looks like they fixed the issue but now there is a new budget issue with all budgets being displayed as $0.00.

Spoke too soon. The issue with not being able to save customize columns has popped up again. What a pain.

I’m wasting at least one hour per day customising those columns dozens and dozens of times - a few times per client per day. I called the Adwords team, we’ve exchanged a few emails. The conclusion is that they don’t have a clue about how to solve this very annoying issue.

and it seems to be spreading to other accounts.

it is a HUGE time waster!

there must be a database that stores / retrieves the previous settings, including the ones i've saved and given a name... those go away - the database can't find something that is saved... rattle some database heads.

my team members are crying every time their columns get all fracked up.

it's a big impact on our productivity, hope they fix it soon!
