Google Adword voucher has been banned

A lot of people in Vietnam are using GA voucher to advertise in Google.
Recently, all their accounts have been banned.

Any one of you facing same problem? How did you solve that?

I can't use them, because I have an existing account, but I would just have to wait a couple of days and one will appear. They're all over the place. If Google is starting to crack down on the little micro economy that's grown up around trading them, all to the good.

(I'm not saying that you are involved in anything like that, but plenty are)

Using voucher is both bad and good, the bad thing is bidding price keep increasing and now too high
