Competitor creating ad that links to my page

Found a competitor today who has an ad pointing to a long page of scraped links. The top link on this page is from my site - the same page I have in my ad for this keyword.

I'm worried adwords will think I'm up to something when I have no control over this competitor's ad.

Any suggestions what to do?

I keep seeing my websites listed on like the one you just described whenever I check links in Google Webmaster Tools.

I never picked the whole scenario, but I believe they build content by showing kind of search results with site descriptions, and they serve AdSense ads. I'm sure it's automated.
That's something like parked domains showing ads from various networks.

I don't think you should worry about it.

BTW, if you don't like it there, you can report it to AdWords and hope they'll take it down.
