Saw a lot of comments in another thread recommending using Frequency Capping. I've never used this feature before and was wondering if there are any rules of thumb as to how many impressions to cap your Display Network campaigns at?

From the display industry I believe the recommended is between 3 and 5 per user per day. The best way to find out is to test and find what works for you - there little risk as you're limiting your exposure.
