Max cpc USD148.60

traffic estimator tells me this

i was using the traffic estimator the other day and did not specify my max cpc.

Adwords estimator tells me this is 148.60USD?

i know $50 per click is the max limit - is this changed?

The traffic estimator today told me I needed a Max CPC of £0.00. Shame it wouldn't let me actually have a CPC of £0.00 :(
