WTF is this about?

So i took a little gander at my conversions today, and found a new Action Name conversion goal, labled "other".

So i clicked on the link, and it says my conversion goal page is
http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/alton-brown/creme-brulee-recipe/index.html
Sorry, i really hate to drop URLs but i have no idea, why in the world this page would show up as a conversion goal page?

Anyone ever seen anything like this?

My site has nothing to do with food...although i love me come creme brulee.

I'd have a look through your account and check that nothing dodgy has been happening. Have a look at all ads and keyword URL's to see if there is anything that stands out.

Must be Google's interest based advertising. GOOG knows more about you than you do. :)

hey tonyoriega

That is truly bizarre! how could your code have ended up on that site? Has your adwords account ever been used by anyone else? Are there or have there ever been any other campaigns run from that account?
Was the account ever in the hands of an agency, who might have given the wrong account's conversion codes to the wrong client?

If none of those options pan out, you should get in touch with Google. As briggidere implies, you might be the victim of something dodgy!

Let us know what you find out!

No, no one else has access.... and im really confused becuase of the nature of that site... its not like its some piddly little scam site... thats a big player right there...

I wonder if I should contact them directly to verify that page...?

Nothing seems out of the ordinary lately... we have increased our budget, but nothing dramaticly negative seems to be happening...just more clicks and conversions...

Could it be possible, that the food network is running ads, and on that page they put conversion tracking... but happend to mess with the code, and its returning to my account? (stretch i know)

But i cant think of anything else...

Does it say that your "other" conversion action has a value of 0.04 set up in your account?

If it's set in your account it's a bad sign but if there is no values I think it would be a mistake on the food networks site.

they could have typo'd their code somewhere they installed it, now the data it's sending back gets misdelivered...
