i third this sentiment! How removing a ton of features can be called an 'improvement' i really do not know!

just to upend the squeaky wheel dealio...

i love their reporting
i don't miss the report center
fast, flexible, clean, simple - all essential for me

when i log into the other's guys platform, i'm perpetually hit with some stupid cookie based (i kill my cookies all day) off the screen to the right survey participation check box, then some waiting circles, then some performance report module that doesn't include costs, nor is configurable, and on and on. it ain't even close, i wish my competition were as lame.

I think all of the recent improvements increases THEIR profits. Imagine how smooth & efficient you could work before if you pulled reports quickly. Now imagine in a large mass scale how much might be missed if it takes all account holders longer to create detailed reports for optimization.

On a second note it has been easier for clients to see the benefits of 3rd party tracking & reporting tools.
