Total row no longer showing at top in certain views?

I could of sworn the "Total - all campaigns" line showed at the top on the campaigns tab when showing "All but deleted" or "All enabled" but I just noticed it now only shows at the top when "All" is the selected view. Does this row show at the top for you in those two views, if not did it used to?

Nevermind, just remembered that I deleted a campaign recently and when I reenabled it the total row reappeared at the top in those two views so it looks like it only appears if you have 26 or more enabled campaigns.
