We have a campaign for a client that has stopped showing ads after the addition of new ad-groups and keywords.

There is of course no support/answer to be had from Google as we have tried to go through their 'proper' channels.

Of course the keyword diagnosis tool provides the very helpful answer 'Not showing (other)' as the status for every keyword--these are keywords where in some instances they have a quality score of 10/10 with approved ad copy across the board.

Has anyone experienced this before? If so, what can we expect after waiting for two days for an answer from Google?

Any resolution on this Kufu? I went through the typical channels last time something like this happened, and although it moved slowly, I was up and running again a couple weeks later.

NatronZero,

Nothing yet. We have already submitted a support request through the contact form provided through AdWords, but have not had a response (or change in the account status) yet.

We have a week under out belt with this, so let's hope our experience will be similar to yours (I'll take two weeks of frustration over the month-long ordeal others have reported).
