We have a campaign for a client that has stopped showing ads after the addition of new ad-groups and keywords.
There is of course no support/answer to be had from Google as we have tried to go through their 'proper' channels.
Of course the keyword diagnosis tool provides the very helpful answer 'Not showing (other)' as the status for every keyword--these are keywords where in some instances they have a quality score of 10/10 with approved ad copy across the board.
Has anyone experienced this before? If so, what can we expect after waiting for two days for an answer from Google?
