I have one campagne with 70 addwords in it.
I have copied every line [] and "" (example: dog , "dog"; [dog] ) . This mainly because I don't want to miss any search of any user. (3 * 70 = 210)

You must also know that I only run my campagne on 2 countries (in Europe) and 1 language as my bussines is local.

Every sale I make is 1200 €, and I can spend 500€ a month on addwords.

The point is, I only get general CTC of 1,2 %. with a ranking of 4,2

My question is:
-What would be a good CTC?
-should I let google make a campagne for me?
-should I only focus on my 15 best addwords in the campagne? But then I loose some searches.

Any input would be welcome.

Don't worry about CTC (I think you mean CTR) in isolation. Increasing this is only worthwhile if it's generating more sales. It seems to me that you need to analyse which keywords are converting to sales best. You could then try increasing the maximum CPC for these keywords to get you further up the list. Also think carefully about your ad copy. Maybe try some experiments on variations?

This might be obvious but have you checked that your ad is being shown 100% of the time?

Yes It should be shown 100% as I set the recommended daily amount.

The questions to find out are:

What % of revenue are you willing to spend on marketing?

If you raise your bid and position, are you still within your marketing goals?

When you raise position, are you tracking your site's conversion % to see if it goes up/down at various position levels?

Once you know all the answers, you'll know exactly what your conversion % is, and what % you wish to spend on marketing - it's simple math to determine your max bid.

At that point, test by creative, landing page, and position to see which one gathers the best conversion rate for you.
