Depending on how your domain is being used, the only real help will come from Google itself.

How that competitor is using your domain?

I think he is using Keyword Insertion, when he using domain keyword, it’s coming in title

Depending on your situation, it may still be worth of trying to stop it.

Google's how to (if applicable):
[google.com...]

1. You can contact competitor directly and inform them what's happening when they use keyword insertion and bid onto your domain name. They may be unaware of that and will stop it as soon as they figure it (with your help).
2. If your domain name is actual TM, then you can ask Google for help.
3. Even if your domain is not TM, you can still contact Google, explain the situation and wait for what they'll say.
