URL change and Landing Page Quality drop

I changed the URLs of my text ads, because my site moved from domain A to domain B (a different physical server, too). The content of the landing page is unchanged.

I used to have a score of 7. Now it dropped to 1. The campaign stopped running.

What can I do to get my older score back? I need to have my site running on the new server. I contacted Google but they wont replay for 3 days now.

Any suggestions?

It really shouldn't be 1/10 unless there's a significant problem. Normally a URL change might drop to 3 or 4, until new history has been built, but not 1.

When you mouseover the QS bubble, what does it say? Landing page, keyword relevance?

are you sure the landing pages are loading correctly?

i have seen this happen several times - this was a very expensive problem for several clients.

one time we solved it by calling a friend inside of Google.

another time, well, I admit we solved it (sort of) by bidding like hell when we discovered we couldn't call anyone at Google.

- we also found in one case we really exacerbated the situation when the ads were loading 404 type page not found pages -- and Google charged us and never told us.

we did get a partial refund on the $, but the QS is another matter.

I wish I had a better answer for you.

Today they replied saying my new landing page was a translated version of my older landing page which it is not, since the text was exactly the same in the same language. They judge from the domain name COM and DE only. They only forwarded to some other reviewer.

Since the score is now 1/10, and the minimum bid $10, should I bid $11 to get the campaign running? I'm really upset, since I'm losing money for almost one week, so does Google.
