Adwords Minimum Bids Going Crazy

My minimum page one bids double and triple overnight...

Last night I noticed my minimum page one bids doubled and tripled. One term went from $.35 to $3.40. My average placement says I'm in the top three but I'm not seeing my ads. Anyone else seeing this?
