Additional User Access for Google

I'm considering outsourcing my AdWords maintenance.

My main concern is giving someone access to all my Google accounts. Is there a way of creating a secondary user for Google AdWords? Or for that matter any Google service?

AdWords, Analytics, YouTube, etc.... they're all linked. I've searched but can't find an answer.

Or would using Google editor be an option? This is until I fully trust someone with everything.

Also, have you had success outsourcing AdWords?

If you get an AdWords Professional (i.e. someone who has passed the exams and is certified) they usually have what's called an MCC account, which allows them to access multiple client accounts under their own umbrella account. So you would grant access and they would link it to their MCC (so they wouldn't need your passwords, for example)

There are other ways of granting access, but if you want someone to actually run the account for you, that's the best way to do it.

I'm not sure I want to have it fully managed, but rather just a one-off consultation. If they're good then who knows. I'm surprised that Google isn't a little more flexible in this regard. They should have different levels of access because not everyone who uses AdWords is a one man operation. Not everyone should have access to sensitive data.

I'm having the same issue with YouTube. I want to give someone access to upload videos, not to see our AdWords and GA data. But that's another story...

Anyway, thanks for your reply.
