Adwords Position Preference

How do you change position preference in bulk?

I see that the Adwords Editor doesn't allow editing of adword position preference and from the help items I've managed to find it seems that in your adwords account you can only change it on a keyword by keyword basis. Hmmm... NOT going to work on a campaign with a few 1000 keywords! Anybody know of a way to change position preference in bulk?

Use the spreadsheet editing option that turns all of the columns and rows into a functioning spreadsheet within the Adwords UI. Works very well for this.
