I've noticed a couple of changes in Adwords over the last few days:
1) The 'Premium position' listings are no longer being shown on the KWs that used to show them.
2) Some of my KWs that have a CPC of 5c are being charged 4c.
Has anyone else noticed this?

1. No. They're still there at least on some of my KWs. 2. Still at minimum of 5 cents. Have you enabled the content option? If yes, that's a result of smart pricing.

I can agree with the premium position changes in some areas. Not that they are gone, yet when 2 used to show always, only 1 does. In the extremely competitive arenas I would say I have seen this for a few weeks now.
