Google adwords API

Hi,

Im thinking of using SEMrush - you know the rank tracker on keywords.

However, there is one thing that I cannot understand about their service. Where does the Adwords rankings come from?

I can see that they get keywords and natural search rankings from the relevant API's, but Adwords rankings arent available in any of these. Are they allowed to resell this data?

Am I (or SEMrush) breaking Googles terms of service by using the Adwords rankings data?

The issue is that Adwords Rankings data is not available in the API, the only way I can think that they would get it is to scrape it. Surely this must break Googles TOS?
