I'm seeing this too. I've noticed that if you're persistent and keep clicking on the search button, it eventually refreshes and provides you with the results.

Don't know why this is happening though...

The placements has been a bit strange since Google connected adPlanner to AdWords.

Some times it seems to work great; other's it fails. I've seen this off and on for a few weeks now.
