The adwords conversion optimizer is showing numerous conversions that do not occur. We have over 60 different sites with different landing pages, but the thank you page is all the same to measure a conversion(lead). Any thoughts or experience in this happening?

Quite the opposite for me. It is under reporting :)

Yeah, I always see things underreported with AdWords conversion tracking
