I am trying to advertise on the content network. But my ads will not show. Zero Impressions & Zero Clicks. Let me tell you things I have already done so that they can be eliminated as possible solutions...
1. Paid the pre-paid money. Used the promotional code email. Hence have money in my account.
2. Seen that the ad is approved.
3. Seen that the keywords are eligible.
4. Just specified a daily budget and not a Max CPC so that the bid cannot be too low.
5. Changed my keywords from exact match to broad match to increase visibility.
6. Ensured that my daily budget is high enough according to the suggested daily budget.
After doing all of this my ads still have zero impressions zero clicks. Last changes were made to account 12hours ago.
The problem is that next to my keywords there is still a speech bubble that says...

So, the quality score is also not a problem.
However, please note that the Quality Sore column shows "--" and not an actual quality score.
Any thing I still need to do?
Why are my ads not working..
My 2 guesses...
1. Is there a certain number of days I have to wait even after everything is approved.......for the ads to start showing on the content network?
2. Is the reporting slower than 12hours. Cause its been 12hours since the last changes!
Could I get some help solving the problem.

P.S.: Google support sucks. They done even seem to read the emails I sent them. They just sent me a stock reply. Dont know what to do or where to go.
