Recover a damaged account

Hello,

Can anyone provide tips on how to recover an account that may have been damaged by a couple slaps or poor performance history?

We had our keywords set to 1/10 QS in early December, then in the beginning of January, our account(s) seemed to be suspended as our credit card(s) were all declined. What’s odd we never received any communication from Google, aside from a warning in late October to the status, or suspension of the account. I hope this is a good sign.

Most, if not all of our keywords were humming along with 10/10 QS, then looks like a manual review doomed us. Since then, we’ve been adding content and features to match the similar competitor’s sites that are still up and running.

So I’ve yet to contact Google and plead our case, not sure it’s going to help as from what I’ve read, looks kind of bleak. And yes we are from the dark side, an affiliate marketer…..
