Content Impressions Way Down

I've been very fortunate in that the content network has been very good at bringing in targetted clickthroughs. However, about a month ago impressions from content sites dropped radically (from a few thousand to a few hundred daily). Customer Service insisted that the fall-off was just the random day to day fluctuations, but I'm certain that it wasn't. After more then a week I panicked and started making wholesale changes to my campaigns which has really messed things up.

-Anyone else expreience unexplained fall-offs in content impressions?

-Any suggestions for getting through to someone at Google who might really help sort through the mess? Like a CS Manager as opposed to an agent?

Thanks.

They are on a banning spree right now. So i'm sure that is what it is. This is one reason I think G needs to quit being so picky. Black hat does not equal bad for search. If done right everybody makes money. As far as I'm concerend black hat is when people try to get traffic that is unrelated to what they are selling. It you are ranking for obscure terms that return complete jumk that has nothing to do with the search and you are relavant then you are helping everyone.
