Does Google give you the ability to pick and choose the search partners that you want to be associated with? I mean, I'm not sure the Food Network is a good outlet for my business, and I'd like the ability to exclude that channel from my ads.

Does Google give us that capability?

Yes - it's actually a function of their content network. If you click on your content campaign, then select the network tab you can exclude publishers by network/URL based on your metrics. You can see your excluded networks on the bottom.

Actually no, you cannot choose or reject specific search partners. It's either all or nothing (other than excluding Parked domains)
