So if I set up a campaign to target users in say Australia, will my campaign and associated keywords come up for users using both Goolge.com, and Google.au in Australia?

If one user is using the Google.com version of Google, and one user is using the Australian Google.au version of Google, will both see my ads?

Alongside Google search results pages to users in your targeted locations.

[adwords.google.com...]

I think it depends on the location of the user - not the ccTLD of google

Hi pavlovapete,
Thanks for your input.

If all my ads target the entire country of Australia, and someone within Australia is using Google, will they see my ads using both Google.com and Goolge.au?

GetReal,

I do believe that the scenario you describe is the case. Their system relies on correctly identifying the geo-location of the user.

Please note that there are some threads in this forum describing some apparent problems with geo-targetting.

Cheers

So someone in Australia will find my Australian targeted ad regardless of the ccTLD of the Goggle they are using?

I am not an Adwords employee.

I have said the same thing several times now.

Maybe you should ask your question at the help forum and see if you can get a definitive answer from a Google employee.
