Disapproving process - problem

Lately, Google has been disapproving ads in an account that has a specific TM allowance.

Two days ago they fix the wrong disapproval, and this morning they disapprove ads in the same account again.

Yeah, the office is closed today.

There has been no such disconnect before...

Update:

I just noticed that in emails I received it says "TV AD" while those are all text ads.
It would say "AD TEXT" in the past.
