Quality score and landing page quality

Quality score and landing page quality suddenly dropped to 1 and poor

I have beeen advertising on adwords from half year and my all business rely completely on adwords, on 15 nov,2009 suddenly google stopped showing my ads and my keyword score is showing 1 while landing page quality is showing poor.

i have redesign landing page as well, i tried deleting all the keywords and resubmitted them, for half hour it showed page landing quality good and keyword score 5, on average but after that all drop to 1, and after having few impressions ad stop showing.

im noticing many people reporting about their suspened account due to poor landing page quality, so should i pause my campagin or what, how long it takes google to check the new landing page, and if the campagin is paused still google update keyword quality or not.
