Google Adwords system do not accept my payment.

I am google adwords advertiser for more than year, I always pay google through VISA Debit Card in PKR (Pakistani Rupee), but today when I submitted the my amount they did not accept it and I try again and again.
To confirm on my bank side error I call bank Representative and ask for help, they told me our system is working fine, so you should check on the adwords side.
I don,t know what should I do Please help me.
Please tell me adwords contact email or phone number so that I can solve my problem.
