I have several Conversions in place on my site.
Hers is my current months conversion table:

Name-----------Status---Type-------1PerClick---ManyPerClick
---------------------------------------------------------
Conversion A --- Active -- Lead ----- 17 ------------ 21
Conversion B --- Active -- Purchase - 1 ------------- 2
Conversion C --- Active -- Purchase - 1 ------------- 2
Conversion D --- Active -- Lead ----- 0 ------------- 0
Conversion E --- Active -- Purchase - 0 ------------- 1
Conversion F --- Active -- Purchase - 0 ------------- 1

So i understand that if someone completes the application for "Conversion A" they register as a lead conversion.

On that "thank you" page with the conversion tracking, we also provide a link to enroll and complete and application for "Conversion B" which is an actual purchase.

So the way i see it, 17 people completed the application for "Conversion A" FIRST, then 21 other conversions were completed subsequent to that?

Another question... how can you have 0 1perclick conversions under a specific goal, but 1 manyperclick?

No, it is 21 minus 17 = 5. So 17 one people completed the FIRST and then 5 from those 21 people completed the second.

ManyPerClick counts all conversions. Example: when someone reloads the FIRST page you Google counts this as 2 ManyPerClick conversions.

I removed my incorrect answer for your last question. :)
