Which URL Does Content Network Show?

Need to know what ad url displays if I'm using destination URLs in keywords

If I am using a different destination URL for all of my keywords in an ad group and I have Content Network turned on, will the ad displayed use the default destination URL or one of the destination URLs for the various keywords.

Also, if I am using the dynamic keyword insertion feature what title will show up in the content network? Will it be one of my listed keywords or will it be the backup one I used as part of the dynamic insertion feature?

As far as i know there would be no change in ad display pattern for search or content network
they will show same types of destination urls

no idea what dynamic keyword insertion is,would like to know more about this
