View-through conversion tracking

I like this new feature but I am more concerned about how it tracks the conversion. Lets take for a scenario: I have viewed the display ad (www.XYZ.com) and did not click on the ad. Google obviously have placed the adsense cookie on my first visit. Later I am going to Google and search for something (ofcourse the product related to what I viewed on the display ad) and have clicked on www.XYZ.com's adwords ad. Google places the adwords cookie as well.

Now, if I make a conversion does Google counts the conversion for adwords or content networks (View through conversion). In this case, Google will track conversion in both adwords as well as content network view through conversion as there are 2 cookies placed on my computer?

I have the same doubt!
So would I see 1 conversion in 1/click and another one in 'View Through'? How does it work?
And how accurate is this data? Would you actually add the view through conversions to the total no of conversions in adwords while presenting the conversion data to the client?
I'm not really sure about this!
