Message Too Old, No Replies

Hello,

My account has been running fine with the last over 2 months and all of sudden all my ads stopped running today. The keywords still show eligible, but I get a message on all keywords that says "Your ads are not running. Please contact us for support". I sent question to the support and waiting for reply. Do you know what is happening?

Unfortunately I have only seen this messaging when there is a possible suspension. Have you checked your billing info? If you see that they have attempted a charge early - before the billing cycle has ended or you have funds due and have tried to retry your card without success they your account may have been flagged for a manual review for suspension.

My account starting running again after I got home from work. I assume that my account was under review and they did not find any problem.
